LANSING, October 18, 2007 – A very lucky Saginaw winner has claimed $35,000 after scratching a winning Cashword Instant ticket.

The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, said she “almost fainted” when she scratched her winning ticket.  She plans to use the prize money to pay off all her bills and take a trip to the casino.

The thankful winner purchased her winning ticket at Bay Road Express Stop, 2791 Bay Rd., in Saginaw.

Winner claims $10,000

LANSING, October 18, 2007 – Another lucky $10,000,000 Game Book winner has come forward to claim a $10,000 prize!

Beth Cox of Ray Township has been playing the Lottery for five years; this is her largest win to date.

She plans to use the prize money to put a new roof on her house and pay off her truck.

Old ticket worth $250,000

LANSING, October 18, 2007 – When Bore Ristovski checked his old Mega Millions tickets, he never expected that the one of them was worth a whopping $250,000!

The Washington man keeps his old tickets in a pile and checks them only every once in a while.  When he came across his ticket from May 22, he discovered that he had matched the first five numbers, without matching the Mega number.  He was excited with his discovery.

With his winning, Ristovski plans to pay bills and set money aside for his grandchildren.

The regular Lottery player purchased his winning easy pick ticket at Speedway #2263, 136 S. Main St., in Romeo.

Roseville woman an instant winner

LANSING, October 18, 2007 – This is the second time Denise Edmonds has won $10,000!  The Roseville woman scratched a winning $10,000,000 Game Book to win the prize.

The regular Lottery player, who has played since the Lottery’s inception in 1972, hid the winning ticket under her bed prior to cashing it at the Lottery’s Sterling Heights regional office.  She has no immediate plans for the prize money.

The lucky winning ticket was purchased at Party Hut, 29307 Gratiot Ave., in Roseville.

Eight-spot ticket worth $40,000!

LANSING, October 18, 2007 – An anonymous Fenton man saw all eight Club Keno numbers that he selected come up on the screen and was excited with his huge win!

The lucky man bet $4 a draw on his ticket, which multiplied the normal eight of eight prize of $10,000 to $40,000!

The regular Lottery player hid his easy pick ticket in his dresser before cashing it in at the Lottery’s Saginaw office.  He plans to pay bills with his prize money.

The the winning ticket was purchased at Mo Doggies Bar & Grill, 715 Torrey Rd., in Fenton.

Club Keno offers 37 different ways to play and win. Players can wager $1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $10 or $20 per drawing and tickets can be purchased for up to 20 drawings at a time.  Players win Club Keno by matching some or all of the numbers they have selected to the numbers drawn.  The more numbers matched, the more the player wins.
