The lucky player, who chose to remain anonymous, was “totally stunned” after she scratched her Caesars Jackpot ticket and revealed a prize of $300,000. She bought her winning ticket at the 7-Eleven, located at 31403 Michigan Avenue, in Wayne.
“I stopped at 7-Eleven to grab a snack a couple tickets before my husband and I went to church Wednesday night,” said the player. “When I got home I scratched the tickets off and I couldn’t believe I had won $300,000!”
The lucky player visited Lottery headquarters Friday to claim her big prize. With her winnings, she plans to invest in her retirement, pay off her house, and take a trip with her husband.
