Poker Lotto has third $100,000 grand prize winner in January!

Michigan Lottery Poker LottoPlayers keep on winning with Poker Lotto! The third grand prize winner since Jan. 4 came to Lottery Headquarters in Lansing today to claim a $100,000 prize.

The $100,000 winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased a single Poker Lotto ticket for the Jan. 13 drawing. The winner bought the ticket at Kroger #708 located at 20645 Gibraltar Road in Brownstown Township.

Poker Lotto players have been on a red hot streak with three $100,000 top prizes won in a 10-day period. Starting it off with a bang was Lona Miller, of Chase. Miller bought her winning ticket for the Jan. 4 drawing at the Reed City E-Z Mart in Reed City. On Jan. 7, another $100,000 prize was won by an anonymous player, whose ticket came from the Big Ten Holt Party Store in Holt.

In addition to the nightly draw prizes, Poker Lotto players can win prizes instantly! The prizes for the instant game are based on the strength of the hand received.  The strongest hand is a Royal Flush, which consists of a Ten, Jack, Queen, King, and Ace of the same suit.  Players dealt this hand win $ 5,000 instantly.

On Jan. 2, one lucky player received a Royal Flush and won $5,000 instantly!  The winning ticket was sold at the My Town Mobil located at 5761 Cooley Lake Road in Waterford. That was the 13th $5,000 instant prize awarded since Poker Lotto debuted on Oct. 19, 2013.
