Thomas Wickens, of Mason and a loyal Lottery player for 30 years, was excited to find he had scratched off the $300,000 prize on the new Monopoly Jackpot game. After Wickens realized he had won the big prize, he put the ticket in a safe until he came to Lottery headquarters today.
