LANSING, May 9, 2007 – A very lucky Lottery player matched all five numbers in the April 6 Fantasy 5 drawing to win $159,198!

The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, said he plays the Classic Lotto 47, Fantasy 5 and Mega Millions games regularly. 

The winning easy pick ticket was purchased at Van’s Handy Market, 3979 W. Water St., in Port Huron.

Fantasy 5 drawings are conducted seven days a week.  Jackpots start at $100,000 and grow by approximately $5,000 daily.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
