Only a Few Hours Left to Claim $100,000 Powerball Prize With Ticket from Dearborn Retailer

Only a few hours are left for someone to claim a $100,000 Powerball prize, or it goes to the state School Aid Fund! The ticket expires at 4:45 p.m. today.

The winning ticket was purchased at the BP gas station, located at 15500 Michigan Avenue in Dearborn.

Powerball tickets are valid for one year from the drawing date.

If anyone discovers they have the winning ticket, they immediately should contact the Michigan Lottery Public Relations Division at (517) 373-1237. The lucky winner must claim the prize at Lottery headquarters in Lansing.

If the ticket holder does not come forward, it would be the second major prize to go unclaimed in 2017. In May, a $105,000 Fantasy 5 jackpot went unclaimed.
