Digital Milestone: More than 500,000 Michigan Lottery Players Register to Participate in Online Activities

The Michigan Lottery has reached a digital milestone with more than 500,000 players registered to participate in online activities. The Lottery offers account holders a Players Club loyalty program and the option to play games online.

To date, players have won nearly $695 million playing games online. The Lottery launched its online game platform in August 2014.

To register for an online account, players may visit and enter their name, address, birthdate, and last four digits of their Social Security number.

Lottery players have a chance to win up to $500,000 instantly playing online. Players also may win prizes ranging from $1 up to multimillion dollar jackpots playing Powerball, Mega Millions, Lotto 47, and Fantasy 5 online. Through its online platform, the Lottery offers players more than 40 different games with plays ranging in price from 5 cents to $20.

Lottery players may fund their online account using a bank account, credit card, debit card, or PayPal account. The Lottery also offers Online Game Cards in four denominations: $10, $20, $50, or $100. Online Game Cards are available for purchase at Lottery retailers across the state. Each Online Game Card will be printed from the retailer’s Lottery terminal and include a unique code that players may enter into their Michigan Lottery account for online play. Each code is valid for five years from the date of purchase.
