February was a winning month for Michigan Lottery players who played online games raking in more than $11.8 million in prizes.
The $11.8 million in total prizes includes the first $1 million prize won in an online game. Pamala Rawson, of Allegan County, made history on Feb. 18 when she hit the big prize playing the Diamond Payout online game.
The Lottery’s online games reached another milestone in February when online player registrations topped 100,000.
Later this month, the Lottery plans to launch two new online games. A mobile-only buried treasure themed game, Treasure Bay, and a web-only wizard themed game, Wizard of All, will offer players a chance to win prizes up to $75,000 with tickets ranging in price from 50 cents to $5.
Michigan Lottery players have a chance to win up to $1 million instantly playing online. The Lottery offers players many different games ranging in price from 25 cents to $20. Players may purchase an Online Game Card at Lottery retailers across the state for $20. Each Online Game Card includes $5 in free bonus play when redeemed online.
