Three $1 million prizes were awarded across seven states in the multi-state Halloween Millions Raffle. One of those top prizes was won by a player in Michigan. The lucky winning ticket was sold by the Meijer #43 Gas Station in Saginaw.
Today, Raymond Draus of Saginaw claimed his prize. After taxes, Draus received just over $707,000. He intends to use his winnings to pay off some bills and travel.
Lotteries in, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, and Oklahoma participated in the multi-state Halloween Millions Raffle, which began September 8 and culminated in a drawing November 1. The two other $1 million winning tickets drawn in the raffle were sold in New Jersey and Ohio. Indiana, Iowa, New York and Oklahoma each had a runner-up prize of $50,000.
