It’s officially summer in Michigan! What better way to enjoy the weather than by cruising one of Michigan’s beautiful lakes in a brand new Michigan-made boat?
Get ready, get set, and go enter the Michigan Lottery’s hottest summer promotion – Summer’s Ahoy! which gives players the chance to win a 25-ft pontoon boat.
There are three ways players can enter to possibly become the captain of the ship in the Summers Ahoy! drawing:
- Player’s Club members can earn automatic entries for every $10 in non-winning Michigan Lottery tickets that are submitted online, which mirrors the process to enter Play It Again™. It’s free and easy to join the Player’s Club:
go to www.michiganlottery.com to sign up. - Player’s Club members can use 25 of their current Reward Points for an entry. You may enter as many times as your points will allow. To enter with points players can log on to their Player’s Club account and go to the Rewards and Prizes catalog.
- “Like” the Michigan Lottery on Facebook (http://www.Facebook.com/MichiganLottery)! Only one entry per day will be accepted, but players can submit as many entries as they would like.
The Summer’s Ahoy! promotion runs until August 31 and the drawing will be September 5.
Over 95 cents of every dollar spent on Lottery tickets is returned to the state in the form of contributions to the state School Aid Fund, prizes to players and commissions to retailers. In fiscal year 2011, the contribution to schools was over $727.3 million. Since its inception in 1972, the Lottery has contributed over $16 billion to education in Michigan.
