Millington man wins big on Club Keno!

LANSING, July 29, 2010 – Robert Harms of Millington is the Lottery’s newest $100,000 winner!

Harms won $100,002 on a Club Keno ticket, purchased at Cardinal Country Pizza, 8220 Ellis Rd., in Millington. Harms matched all 10 numbers on his 10-spot game. He also matched five numbers on an additional draw.

Harms says “living right” is in the plans for his winnings, as well as a new car.

Over 94 cents of every dollar spent on Lottery tickets is returned to the state in the form of contributions to the state School Aid Fund, prizes to players and commissions to retailers. In fiscal year 2009, the contribution to schools was $724.5 million. Since its inception in 1972, the Lottery has contributed more than $15 billion to education in Michigan.
