LANSING, December 23, 2007 – The 600,000 Millionaire Raffle tickets are gone!

“Players have responded with such enthusiasm. We are looking forward to making it a very happy holiday for our lucky winners!” said Acting Lottery Commissioner Tom Weber.

The Millionaire Raffle Drawing #6 will be conducted on January 2 and results will be available on the Lottery’s Web site following the drawing.

The $1 million prize winning numbers will be announced during the Lottery’s regular televised evening drawing on January 2. All numbers will be available on the Lottery’s Web site https://www.michiganlottery.com/ or at a Lottery retailer or regional office.

Millionaire Raffle has six prizes of $1 million; 12 prizes of $100,000; and 2,000 prizes of $500!

Over 95 cents of every dollar spent on Lottery tickets is returned to the state in the form of contributions to the state School Aid Fund, prizes to players and commissions to retailers. In fiscal year 2007, the contribution to schools was $748.9 million. Since its inception in 1972, the Lottery has contributed more than $14.3 billion to education in Michigan.
