LANSING, September 25, 2007 – Ashley Blakley of Bay City claimed $35,000 after she scratched a winning Red Hot Tripler Instant ticket.

The lucky winner said she plans to use the prize money to pay bills and buy a new TV.  She enjoys bowling in her spare time.
