LANSING, June 29, 2007 – Their mother must have taught them to share!  Two very lucky sisters split the $100,000 Fantasy 5 jackpot on June 28!

The two, who live in Caledonia and Grand Rapids, played the same numbers and each walked away with half the prize.

Both ladies are longtime Lottery players who enjoy playing the Fantasy 5 game.  Each sister plans to save her prize money.

The lucky own pick tickets were purchased at Meijer #199, 1801 Marketplace Dr., in Caledonia and Town & Country Party Street, 4301 Kalamazoo Ave SE, in Grand Rapids.

Fantasy 5 drawings are conducted seven days a week.  Jackpots start at $100,000 and grow by approximately $5,000 daily.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
