Club Keno prize "kicked" up by 10

LANSING, June 26, 2007 – A lucky woman was happy when she matched six of six Club Keno numbers and had her prize kicked up by the 10X Kicker option she selected.

The normal prize payout is $1,100, but because the anonymous woman chose the Kicker option, her prize was bumped up by 10 times to $11,000!  The very lucky winner purchased the ticket at Louie’s Food & Spirits, 600 Lakeville, in Lakeville.

Club Keno offers 37 different ways to play and win.  Players can wager $1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $10 or $20 per drawing and tickets can be purchased for up to 20 drawings at a time.  Players win Club Keno by matching some or all of the numbers they have selected to the numbers drawn.  The more numbers matched, the more the player wins.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
