LANSING, October 27, 2006 – A very lucky Lottery player claimed a $166,739 Fantasy 5 prize when he matched all five numbers in the Oct. 23 drawing.

The anonymous man purchased the lucky own pick ticket at Tuthill Brothers Food Market, 1315 Columbus Ave., in Bay City.

Fantasy 5 drawings are conducted seven days a week.  Jackpots start at $100,000 and grow by approximately $5,000 daily.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2005, the contribution was $667.6 million.
