LANSING, October 4, 2006 – A very lucky Saginaw woman is $27,000 richer after scratching a winning Red Hot & Blue 7s Instant ticket.

The lucky winner, who chose to remain anonymous, purchased the ticket at Admiral Petroleum Co. #28, 5605 State St., in Saginaw.

Red Hot & Blue 7s is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at more than 11,000 Lottery retailers statewide.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2005, the contribution was $667.6 million.
