Regular player wins big

LANSING, August 4, 2006 – David Austin of Edenville cashed in a Bingo Fever ticket worth a whopping $10,000!

The 46-year-old winner plans to use some of his prize money to take a vacation and have fun with his friends.  In his free time, Austin enjoys bowling and gambling.

The lucky winning ticket was purchased at Longs Market Albright Shore, 1057 Estey Rd., in Beaverton.

Bingo Fever is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at more than 10,000 Lottery retailers statewide.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2005, the contribution was $667.6 million.
