New Lottery club wins $10,000

LANSING, June 14, 2006 – The Lab Lizards Lottery Club has beginners luck!  The club, who has played the Lottery for only four months, won a $10,000 prize!  Lab Lizards matched four white balls and the Mega ball in the May 19 Mega Millions drawing to win the prize.

The win made the Brighton friends very happy.  They have no immediate plans with their prize money.

The lucky easy pick ticket was purchased at Farmer Jack #316, 22385 Pontiac Trail, in South Lyon

Mega Millions is a multi-state lottery game in Michigan, California, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Texas, Virginia and Washington.  Wagers cost $1 each and tickets may be purchased at more than 10,000 Michigan Lottery retailers statewide.
