LANSING, May 25, 2006 – A woman from Hesperia is $35,000 richer today after claiming a top prize Word Bank Doubler ticket. 

The winner, who opted to remain anonymous, didn?t realize she had a winning ticket until her local grocery store scanned it for her.  She has no immediate plans for her prize money.

The lucky winning ticket was purchased at Wesco #14, 4878 S. Maple Island Rd., in Fremont.

Word Bank Doubler is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at more than 10,000 Lottery retailers statewide.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2005, the contribution was $667.6 million.
