LANSING, April 28, 2006 – A lucky man scratched his way to the top $20,000 prize on the Pac-Man Cash Instant game.
David Whisnant, a regular Lottery player from Madison Heights, plans to use his prize money to pay bills. The lucky man enjoys playing pool and bowling in his free time.
The winning ticket was purchased at Riverside Party Store, 12706 E. Jefferson, in Detroit.
Pac-Man Cash is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at more than 10,000 Lottery retailers statewide.
All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan. In fiscal year 2005, the contribution was $667.6 million.
