LANSING, March 18, 2003 – Roger Cook of Capac is a little bit richer today thanks to the Michigan Lottery.  He matched five of six numbers in the WINFALL drawing on Wednesday, March 12 to win a $35,607 prize!  The winning numbers for that drawing were: 1, 13, 20, 24, 37 and 43.

In total for the March 12, 2003 WINFALL drawing, there were 17 lucky winners who will each receive $35,607 for matching five numbers; 1,199 winners who will each receive $1,060 for matching four numbers; and 23,360 winners who will each receive $49 for matching three numbers.

Cook, 52, purchased the winning "easy pick" ticket at Lapeer Stop, 4130 Lapeer Road, in Port Huron.

"I was very excited to learn that I had won such a large prize!" exclaimed Cook.

The lucky winner, who enjoys working on computers in his spare time, told officials at the Lottery
