William Harden of Flint is a Little Richer After Playing Michigan Lottery's "Livin' Lucky" Instant Game!

LANSING, May 10, 2002 – It’s almost summertime, and the livin’ is lucky for William Harden of Flint! Harden recently scratched off a Michigan Lottery "Livin’ Lucky" instant game ticket to reveal a $10,000 prize.

The winning ticket was purchased at Queens Corner, 4516 W. Pasadena Ave., in Flint.

"I was very excited when I scratched the ticket to learn I had won $10,000!" Harden said.

The lucky 55-year-old retiree said he kept the ticket hidden in a jewelry box in his home before turning it in at the Lottery’s regional office in Bridgeport. He added that he plans to use his winnings to purchase a new truck, and that he is an avid recycler in his free time. There is no doubt he and his wife, Doris, will enjoy their newfound fortune!

"Livin’ Lucky" is just one of many Michigan Lottery instant games available at more than 9,000 Michigan Lottery retailers statewide.
