Edna Arnot of Port Huron Is Wild About Lottery's "Wild Time" Instant Game!

LANSING, April 19, 2000 — Edna Arnot of Port Huron went wild with excitement after scratching off a Michigan Lottery "Wild Time" instant ticket to reveal she had won a $30,000 top prize!

The lucky lady purchased the winning ticket at Jack Smiths Market, 1318 Mansfield Street, in Port Huron.

"When I scratched the ticket off I couldn’t believe I had won," Arnot said. "So, I took it back into the store to ask the clerk if it really was a winner."

When not reading, Arnot said she enjoys playing Michigan Lottery games in her free time. She added that she has been playing Lottery games for the past 10 years and she truly enjoys the wide variety of games offered.

Prior to turning the winning ticket in at the Lottery’s regional office in Sterling Heights, Arnot said she kept it in her wallet to ensure its safety. She said she plans to use her winnings to make home improvements.
