LANSING, November 5, 2007 – It was a huge win for a lucky Flint club who cashed in a Super 7s ticket worth a whopping $777,777!

The winners, who have been playing the Lottery since it began, hid the ticket in a dictionary, under ?sweepstakes” until claiming their prize.

They plan to use the prize money to pay bills.

The lucky winning ticket was purchased at Holiday Wine Shoppe, 3412 Clio Rd., in Flint.

Super 7s is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at nearly 11,000 Lottery retailers statewide.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.

Portland winner claims $10,000

LANSING, November 5, 2007 – Edward Winter scratched his way to a $10,000 prize on the Super 7s Instant game!

Winter, who said he was in “shock and disbelief” when he realized he had won, plans to use the prize money to pay bills.

The lucky winning ticket was purchased at Kroger #852, 443 Mall Ct., in Lansing.

Davison winner claims cash

LANSING, November 5, 2007 – A longtime Lottery player was the lucky winner of $35,000 when he scratched a winning Cashword Instant ticket!

The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, said he plans to spend the prize money.  In his spare time the winner enjoys hunting, fishing and traveling.

Kimball man claims prize

LANSING, November 5, 2007 – He walked away $10,000 richer!  Robert Wood matched four white ball numbers and the Mega ball in the October 23 Mega Millions drawing!

The lucky winner said he’s been playing the Lottery since 1972.  He checked his winning numbers in the newspaper and has no immediate plans for the prize money.

He purchased the winning ticket at Country Market Inc., 4520 Griswold Rd., in Kimball.

$10,000 prize claimed

LANSING, November 5, 2007 – A very lucky Commerce Township man has claimed his prize after he matched four white balls and the Mega ball in the October 30 Mega Millions drawing.

Ronald Anderson hid the ticket in his wallet before claiming his prize.  He plans to use the money from his own pick win to pay bills.
