An Oakland County man will be riding in style after winning a $325,640 Fantasy 5 jackpot online from the Michigan Lottery.

The player, who chose to remain anonymous, matched the Fantasy 5 numbers drawn on Feb. 28 to win the big prize: 06-19-27-35-36. He bought his ticket online at MichiganLottery.com.

“I play every once in a while, and a lucky feeling hit me while I was at my parents’ house visiting,” said the 45-year-old-player. “I got out my phone and went online to buy a ticket, and it turned out to be the best $1 I’ve ever spent.

“When I logged in the next day, I got a message that I had won the jackpot and I couldn’t believe it. My young son has wanted a Tesla Cybertruck, so that is on my list of things to buy.”

The player recently visited Lottery headquarters to claim his big prize. In addition to a new vehicle, he plans to pay some bills and then save the remainder.

Each Fantasy 5 play is only $1. For an additional $1 per play, EZmatch may be added to a Fantasy 5 ticket, giving players a chance to win up to $500 instantly. For an additional $1 per play, Double Play may be added to a Fantasy 5 ticket, giving players a second chance to win up to $110,000 in the nightly Double Play drawing. Fantasy 5 players select five numbers from one to 39. Players who match all five Fantasy 5 numbers drawn win a jackpot that starts at $100,000. Fantasy 5 drawings are held seven days a week at 7:29 p.m. Tonight’s Fantasy 5 jackpot is $118,000.
