It took a second glance for a Kent County man to realize he’d won $100,000 playing the Michigan Lottery’s Lucky 7 x 7 instant game online.

“I play online regularly, and thought I won $1,000,” said the 51-year-old player, who chose to remain anonymous. “When I took a second look, I realized I won $100,000 and I was stunned!

“I told my wife and kids I had won and none of them believed me. I think we’re all still in shock and will be until the check goes in the bank!”

The lucky player recently visited Lottery headquarters to claim the big prize. With his winnings, he plans to pay some bills, complete some home renovations, and then save the remainder.

Michigan Lottery players have a chance to win up to $500,000 instantly playing online.
