“I deposited $30 into my online account and played it up to $160 and almost cashed out,” said Chrystal Kortman, of Marshall. “I decided to play a bit longer and got down to $44 and that’s when I hit $75,000!”
Kortman, 29, couldn’t believe her eyes.
“I looked at my phone so many times to make sure that what I was seeing was right,” said Kortman. “I even took a screenshot and sent it to a few people to make sure I’d won.”
Kortman visited Lottery headquarters on Thursday to claim her big prize. She plans to use her winnings for a down payment on a house.
“I’m going to be smart with this money and make sure I put it to good use. I feel like I’ve got a lot of good karma right now,” Kortman said.
