The Lucky 7 lottery club matched the five white balls drawn – 24-37-42-50-65 – in the Oct. 7 Mega Millions drawing to win a $1 million prize. They bought the winning ticket at Mac’s II, located at 22399 Northline Road in Taylor.
The seven club members, who have worked together at a major airline for decades, were stunned to win the huge prize.
The club members recently visited Lottery headquarters to claim their prize. With their winnings, they plan to pay for their children’s college educations, take vacations, and give their retirement accounts a boost.
