There’s only a week left for the winner of a $25,000 a year for life Lucky For Life prize to claim the big pile of cash!

The winning ticket from the May 7, 2015 drawing was sold at Motor City Liquor, located at 2313 Gratiot Avenue in Detroit. The winning ticket matched the five white balls drawn: 04-14-19-26-40.

Lucky For Life tickets are valid for one year from the drawing date. Since May 7 falls on a Saturday, the prize must be claimed by 4:45 p.m. on May 9. If the prize isn’t claimed before the ticket expires, the money will go to the state School Aid Fund.

The ticket holder should contact the Lottery’s Public Relations Division at (517) 373-1237 to schedule an appointment to claim the prize. The prize must be claimed at Lottery headquarters in Lansing.

If the ticket holder does not come forward, it would be the first major prize to go unclaimed in 2016.
