There’s only a week left for the winner of a $328,843 Fantasy 5 jackpot to claim the big pile of cash!

The winning ticket from the Oct. 12, 2014 drawing was sold at the Harrison Liquor and Wine Market, located at 735 Harrison Boulevard in Lincoln Park. The winning ticket matched the numbers drawn: 02-19-30-37-38.

Fantasy 5 tickets are valid for one year from the drawing date, so the prize must be claimed by 4:45 p.m. on Oct. 12. If the prize isn’t claimed before the ticket expires, the money will go to the state School Aid Fund.

The ticket holder should contact the Lottery’s Public Relations Division at (517) 373-1237 to schedule an appointment to claim the prize. The prize must be claimed at Lottery headquarters in Lansing.

If the ticket holder does not come forward, it would be the second major prize to go unclaimed in 2015. In August, a $1 million Mega Millions prize, won with a ticket bought in Grand Rapids, was unclaimed and went to the School Aid Fund.
