Genesee County Woman Wins $175,530 Prize Playing Club Keno The Jack Game

The JackA Genesee County woman was skeptical when her husband told her that they had won more than $175,000 playing the Club Keno The Jack game.

“We were watching the Club Keno monitor and my husband said we’d matched seven numbers, so I was excited because I thought we’d won $350.  Then he told me that he thought we’d won The Jack jackpot and I didn’t believe him.  I thought he was trying to play a joke on me.  I didn’t believe it until I could check the numbers for myself,” said the winner, who chose to remain anonymous.

When she checked the numbers, she found that they indeed had won The Jack progressive jackpot of $175,530 during a lunchtime visit to the Cloverleaf Bar and Grill, located at 13508 North Saginaw Road in Clio.  They won when their easy pick The Jack numbers – 1, 5, 18, 25, 39, 58, 62, 63 – matched eight of the 20 Club Keno numbers drawn in draw 1202144 on Monday.

“It was a big surprise to find out we’d won and very exciting,” said the winner, who added that she and her husband didn’t have any immediate plans for the windfall.  “We’re going to put it away for now.”

The winner claimed the big prize today at Lottery headquarters in Lansing.
