There’s only a week left for the winner of the April 26, 2014 Fantasy 5 jackpot to claim the $159,835 prize!

The winning ticket was sold at the Dearborn Amoco Service Station, located at 22096 Michigan Avenue in Dearborn. The winning numbers were: 02-14-17-24-28.

Fantasy 5 tickets are valid for one year from the drawing date. Because the one-year date is this Sunday, the ticket holder has until 4:45 p.m. on Monday to claim the big prize! If the prize isn’t claimed before the ticket expires, the money will go to the state School Aid Fund.

The ticket holder should contact the Lottery’s Public Relations Division at (517) 373-1237 to schedule an appointment to claim the prize! The prize must be claimed at Lottery headquarters in Lansing.

If the ticket holder does not come forward, it would be the first major prize to go unclaimed in 2015. In 2014, six major prizes went unclaimed adding more than $1 million to the Michigan School Aid Fund.
