The reality of winning $100,000 in the Michigan Lottery’s Tripling Red 7’s game is still sinking in for a Grand Rapids woman.
The lucky player, who chose to remain anonymous, bought her top-prize winning ticket at the Speedway gas station, located at 5173 Broadmoor Avenue Southeast in Kentwood.
With her winnings, the player plans to attend college and put the remainder into savings.
The Lottery’s Tripling Red 7’s game debuted in February 2014 and for just $3, offered prizes ranging from $3 to $100,000. More than $4.2 million in prizes remain in the game, including 36 $1,000 prizes.
Michigan Lottery instant game tickets may be purchased at retailers across the state.
