Sunny with a tall stack of cash. That’s the forecast for a Macomb County woman who won $500,000 playing the Michigan Lottery’s Cash Flurries instant game.
The player, who chose to remain anonymous, won the game’s top prize by matching her number – 17 – to the game’s winning number. She bought her winning ticket at the Kroger, located at 41941 Garfield Road in Clinton Township. With her newfound wealth, the player plans to pay off some debt and make some investments.
For just $5 per ticket, the Cash Flurries instant game gives players a chance to win prizes ranging from $5 to $500,000. One top prize of $500,000, as well as five $1,000 prizes remain in the popular game. Cash Flurries debuted on Dec. 2, 2014.
Cash Flurries and other Lottery instant game tickets may be purchased at retailers around the state.
