There are only a few hours left for someone to claim a $218,304 Fantasy 5 prize or it goes to the School Aid Fund! The ticket expires today at 4:45 p.m.
The ticket was bought at the Garden City Fuel Stop Co., 32889 West Warren Road, in Garden City.
The ticket matched all five winning numbers – 10-17-20-31-35 – for the Aug. 16, 2013 Fantasy 5 drawing.
Fantasy 5 tickets are valid for one year from the drawing date. Because the one-year date was Saturday, the ticket holder has until 4:45 p.m. today to claim the big prize!
If anyone discovers they have the winning ticket, they immediately should contact the Michigan Lottery Public Relations Division at (517) 323-1737. The lucky winner must claim their prize at Lottery headquarters in Lansing.
Four major Michigan Lottery draw game prizes have gone unclaimed in 2014, adding nearly $739,000 to the state School Aid Fund. The unclaimed prizes were:
- $138,727 Fantasy 5 prize. The winning ticket expired on March 10. It was bought in Southfield at the Smokers Depot and Convenience Store, 27214 West 8 Mile Road.
- $250,000 Mega Million prize. The winning ticket expired on March 31. It was bought at the South End Market, 1701 Saginaw Street, in Flint.
- $250,000 Mega Millions prize. The winning ticket expired on April 14. It was bought in Southfield, at the 8 Mile Foodland, 18880 8 Mile Road.
- $100,000 Fantasy 5 prize. The winning ticket expired on May 8. It was bought in Novi, at the 7-Eleven located at 24111 Meadowbrook Road.
