Michigan Lottery claim centers in the northern part of the state handled an influx of large prize winners last week.

Eight players from Alpena, Ishpeming, Herron, Kalkaska, Oscoda, Reed City, St. Ignace and Traverse City claimed prizes totaling more than $124,000. The largest prize of $40,000 was won by a Club Keno player from Ishpeming who wished to remain anonymous.

Each player’s prize was at least $2,000. The winning players won their big prizes on a variety of Lottery games, including: Club Keno, Daily 4, Lotto 47 and instant games.
