Robert Bennett of Lansing claims $108,893 from the 4/5/2012 Club Keno drawing during the “Full Tilt” promotion.
Robert Bennett of Lansing couldn’t believe it when he checked online and found that his Club Keno winnings totaled $108,893!
Bennett has been playing the Lottery for many years, and his largest previous Lottery prize was $1,000. How did he feel about winning such a large sum? “It was exciting! I enjoy playing the Lottery,” he said.
Bennett was playing Club Keno’s new Full Tilt promotion when he won. Full Tilt gives a player a free draw if that player pays for five draws with the Kicker and The Jack options. The Full Tilt promotion runs through April 22.
The winning ticket was sold at Sunoco located at 2770 Eaton Rapids in Lansing.
Over 95 cents of every dollar spent on Lottery tickets is returned to the state in the form of contributions to the state School Aid Fund, prizes to players and commissions to retailers. In fiscal year 2011, the contribution to schools was over $727.3 million. Since its inception in 1972, the Lottery has contributed over $16 billion to education in Michigan.
