“We were so happy we were jumping up and down in the restaurant,” said a Madison Heights Lottery player about her winning experience with Club Keno.
The player, who wishes to remain anonymous, has won a few times in the past, but winning $204,432 was a new experience for her. She intends to use some of the money to pay off bills and help her children.
The winning ticket was sold by Three Star Bar B Que located at 11941 Jos Campau in Hamtramck.
Over 95 cents of every dollar spent on Lottery tickets is returned to the state in the form of contributions to the state School Aid Fund, prizes to players and commissions to retailers.
