LANSING, June 15, 2009 – The second half of the May 8 Fantasy 5 jackpot has been claimed by a very lucky Lottery player. The anonymous winner matched all five numbers and won $99,888!

The player plans to share the winnings with family.

The winning easy-pick ticket was purchased at Palace Liquor & Deli Shoppe , 650 W. 14 Mile Rd., in Clawson.

Fantasy 5 drawings are conducted seven days a week. Jackpots start at $100,000 and grow by approximately $5,000 daily.

Over 95 cents of every dollar spent on Lottery tickets is returned to the state in the form of contributions to the state School Aid Fund, prizes to players and commissions to retailers.
