LANSING, April 18, 2008 – The April 11 Fantasy 5 ticket worth $105,013 has been claimed. An anonymous winner matched five of five numbers for the jackpot amount, and won an additional four times on the ticket to win the prize.

The lucky winning own-pick ticket was purchased at Hamlet Party Store, 1051 Novi Rd., in Northville.

Fantasy 5 drawings are conducted seven days a week. Jackpots start at $100,000 and grow by approximately $5,000 daily.

Over 95 cents of every dollar spent on Lottery tickets is returned to the state in the form of contributions to the state School Aid Fund, prizes to players and commissions to retailers. In fiscal year 2007, the contribution to schools was $748.9 million. Since its inception in 1972, the Lottery has contributed more than $14.3 billion to education in Michigan.
