Elizabeth Chartrand originally thought she had won $1,000 but then realized that she forgot to scratch a letter on another word and her $1,000 prize turned in to a whopping $35,000 prize!
The lucky player plans to pay off her student loans and purchase a new car with her winnings. She enjoys reading and shopping in her free time. She aspires to become a nurse one day.
The lucky winning ticket was purchased at West Main BP, 4702 W. Main St., in Kalamazoo.
