LANSING, September 7, 2007 – A very lucky Mt. Pleasant woman really cashed in when she claimed a 3 Times Lucky instant ticket worth $300,000!

The anonymous winner said she’s been playing the Lottery for about 10 years.  She plans to use the prize money to buy a new car, pay bills and travel.

The winning ticket was purchased at Kroger #889, 4080 E. Bluegrass Rd., in Mt. Pleasant.

3 Times Lucky is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at nearly 11,000 Lottery retailers statewide.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
