Player cashes in with Club Keno

LANSING, September 5, 2007 – A very lucky lady from Chesterfield Township really cashed in when she won $20,009 playing Club Keno!

Susan Dip was having lunch at the Sugarbush Tavern when he won the big prize.  She used birthdays to select her own pick numbers.

The winner said she plans to use the prize money to pay bills.  In her spare time she enjoys golfing, bowling, knitting and painting.

The winning ticket was purchased at Sugarbush Tavern, 27900 21 Mile Rd., in Chesterfield.

Club Keno offers 37 different ways to play and win.  Players can wager $1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $10 or $20 per drawing and tickets can be purchased for up to 20 drawings at a time.  Players win Club Keno by matching some or all of the numbers they have selected to the numbers drawn.  The more numbers matched, the more the player wins.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
