LANSING, August 23, 2007 – Josie Karash hid her winning $10,000,000 Game Book ticket in her purse until she claimed her $10,000 prize!

The winner, who has played the Lottery for 29 years, said she enjoys going to casinos.

She purchased the lucky winning ticket at St. Clair Beverage, 26529 Little Mack Ave., in St. Claire Shores.

$10,000,000 Game Book is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at nearly 11,000 Lottery retailers statewide.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
