LANSING, July 5, 2007 – A very lucky “occasional” Lottery player got a very big shock when he won $300,000 on the Single Double Triple Play Bingo ticket.

The anonymous winner said he and his mother had to double check the ticket to be sure it was a winner. The 25-year-old winner plans use the money to buy a house.

The lucky winning ticket was purchased at Speedway #6304, 3385 Main St., in Ravenna.

Single Double Triple Play Bingo is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at nearly 11,000 Lottery retailers statewide.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan. In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
