LANSING, June 26, 2007 – Charlotte Lindsay cried when she discovered her Lucky Stars instant ticket was worth a whopping $10,000!

The 57-year-old regular Lottery player plans to fix her house with her prize money.

The Monroe woman purchased the lucky winning ticket at Sam & Frans Broadway, 510 N. Monroe St., in Monroe.

$10,000,000 Game Book is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at nearly 11,000 Lottery retailers statewide.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
