LANSING, June 13, 2007 – Ten years of Lottery play really paid off for LaDonna Samuelson of Croswell.
The lucky winner scratched a Cashword ticket worth $35,000! She was excited with the win and plans to save her prize money.
The lucky winning ticket was purchased at Party Store, 5621 Main St., in Lexington.
Cashword is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at nearly 11,000 Lottery retailers statewide.
All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan. In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
