LANSING, April 17, 2003 – Shelly Douglas of Belding recently experienced a bit of Michigan Lottery magic upon scratching off a "Magic Money" instant ticket to reveal a $10,000 top prize!

Douglas, 26, purchased the winning ticket at Belding C-Store, 1002 S. Bridge St., in Belding.

"My heart was racing as I scratched off the ticket," said Douglas.  "I am very excited to win such a great cash prize!"

Douglas said she kept the winning ticket in her wallet to ensure its safety prior to turning it in at the Lottery
