LANSING, March 5, 2003 – Kenneth Sheldon of Capac was very excited upon recently scratching off a Michigan Lottery "Close To Home" instant game ticket to reveal a $25,000 top prize!

Sheldon purchased the winning instant ticket at EFD-Capac, 120 S. Main St., in Capac.  The lucky 48-year-old winner said he was shocked to win a $25,000 top prize.

"I was in a state of shock upon discovering I had a winning ticket," said Sheldon.  "I just kept staring at the ticket.  I couldn
